Who we are.

NBS Demolition was created during a senior management team meeting at BCT Services (South) ltd. Where the team at BCT (A large successful groundworks company) wanted to be able to offer their clients a complete service.

From starting a new site including demolition of existing structures and then onto the groundworks, often being able to improve on the programme as being one entity.

The then demolition division was started!

Brian Turner - MD of BCT services and NBS Demolition. Having the support from a large well established company like BCT helps with peaks and troughs in any project workload. And availability of plant, labour and other vital resources. Brian has a wealth of knowledge and experience within the construction and civil engineering industry.

Nicola Turner - Director of BCT services and NBS Demolition, Nicola controls cashflow and finances and has an excellent financial background and control ensuring that our growth is maintained and steady.

Simon Cathcart - Director of Plan Safety and Operations Director of NBS Demolition. With a strong operational background in construction, demolition and being a chartered safety practitioner. With 12 years high level, high risk safety experience including Demolition, Asbestos, Civil Engineering, Temporary Works, and Lifting puts our day to day running in a safe pair of hands.

Due to the huge success of both BCT and NBS over the past years, NBS has now branched out into small groundworks packages up to £1million to fill the now gap left by BCT, and now operates as a standalone entity with very close ties to BCT Services Ltd. Meaning the resources of a large company with the care and personal touch of a small organisation.
